The D.C. Bar’s award-winning CLE program is proud to present the Nonprofit Law Institute – A Primer on Nonprofit Law, on Monday, December 20, 2021. This virtual program will provide expert guidance on the laws governing the incorporation, licensing, tax-exempt status, and governance of nonprofit organizations.
What to Expect:
- Introduction and insights from moderator by Peter C. Wolk, an expert in nonprofit law who has created, represented, taught, and advised hundreds of nonprofit organizations.
- Keynote from Kathleen Konopka, Deputy Attorney General for the D.C. Office of the Attorney General
- Seven faculty-led sessions covering a wide spectrum of nonprofit law, from incorporation to the changing workforce.
